How does your online estimate tool work?
You pick the window style, size, color, and glass type, and our tool calculates a real estimate. The whole process takes about five minutes, and you get a PDF copy you can save or share. No salesperson required.
How long does installation take?
Most window replacement projects are completed in 1–5 days, depending on how many windows you’re replacing and the complexity of the installation.
Is the online estimate the final price?
It’s a rough estimate — accurate enough to know whether the project fits your budget. The final price gets locked in after we come out and take precise measurements. In most cases, the final price matches the online estimate closely. If something we find during measurement changes the price meaningfully, we tell you up front and explain why.
General questions
Do I have to do an in-home appointment?
Eventually, yes — we need precise measurements before we order your windows. But you don’t have to schedule an appointment to get a price. You can use our online tool to see your estimate first, and only book a measurement when you’re ready to move forward.
Will there be a sales pitch at the in-home appointment?
No. The appointment is for measuring and confirming the quote, not for upselling you. We will bring in all the samples to confirm your choices.
What kind of windows do you install?
We install premium vinyl windows. You can choose from 4 interior colors and 15 exterior colors, with double-pane and Low-E glass options.
Why vinyl?
Vinyl is the best long-term value for the vast majority of homeowners — it’s energy-efficient, low-maintenance, durable, and significantly more affordable than fiberglass or wood.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Anlin has a limited Double lifetime warranty. Please see warranty cards for more info.
What's your service area?
We serve the Denver metro area and most of the Front Range of Colorado. We typically will work from the Springs up to Fort Collins. Not sure if you’re in our area? Start an estimate or give us a call, and we’ll let you know.
How do I pay?
We accept payment methods: check, cash, and credit card. We also have a good number of financing options. A deposit is required when you sign the final quote, with the balance due upon completion.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with multiple banks that offer 0% for 18 months, with plans all the way up to 132 months
